Rotator Cuff

The Rotator Cuff Workshop is for people with shoulder pain that makes it hard to lift, reach, sleep, or exercise. This free 45–60 minute session, led by a licensed provider, covers the most common causes of rotator cuff pain, mistakes that worsen symptoms, and natural solutions to regain mobility without surgery or medications. Attendees will learn how care can improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion to restore function and reduce pain. The setting is welcoming, with time for questions and the option to book an evaluation afterward.

Back Pain

The workshop is about 45 minutes to an hour and it is completely free. The workshop is hosted by one of our licensed physical therapists and will cover the following; common causes of pain, different diagnosis associated with pain, tips and tricks to help improve pain and restore function and discussion on how physical therapy can help improve strength, flexibility, and improve range of motion and decrease pain. Attendees can ask questions after the presentation. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and supportive. Attendees can sign up for a physical therapy evaluation after the presentation.
