We participate with a variety of insurance plans, including Blue Cross / Blue Shield plans, Aetna PPO, POS and QPOS plans, Cigna, United Healthcare, Worker’s Comp, Auto/MVA, and Medicare.

We also offer a self-pay option for patients whose insurance we do not take or who have used their covered visits and would like to continue treatment. Contact us and our team will be happy to look up your physical therapy benefits.

Short answer: no. Our therapists are able to treat you through direct access for 30 days without a script from an MD. This can help jump-start rehabilitation and get you feeling better faster without waiting for a prescription.

For patients with Medicare, you can be seen for an evaluation without a script, but a script is required for treatment and further visits.

No. Through our thorough examination process, we can typically pinpoint the cause of your pain and determine the likelihood of serious pathology or musculoskeletal injury without imaging.

If imaging is warranted, we can refer you to excellent orthopedic doctors we have worked with. If you have already had an X-ray or MRI, please bring the written reports so we can include them in your chart.

Your initial evaluation usually runs about an hour and may be a little longer if you are coming in for multiple injuries. Follow-up visits generally last about 45–60 minutes, depending on your program and stage of rehabilitation.

If you have time constraints, let your therapist know and we will work to accommodate your schedule.

We pride ourselves on consistency of care and aim to keep you with the same therapist over the course of treatment. We also use a team approach, so if a scheduling issue arises, another therapist can carry out your program and keep you working toward your goals.
